Dashing out $700 for a smartphone surely gets you thinking the stuff you get in-the-box must be top quality and foolproof. Especially when it comes from a reputable manufacturer like Nokia.

You may tolerate the first few flaws, like a squeaky lock switch, or self-induced scratches on the camera lens - after all, we all make mistakes and it's only just come out.
